It isn't about the Rggi market, it is about global warming.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;And, your tag is misspelled and this is a good entry and should not get mis-filed.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">mrwg</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 20 Nov 2009 08:03:57 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
